Strength and Conditioning will involve body weight resistance training, possibly weight training, running, speed training, and agility. It will most likely be players leading the sessions with supervision by either Neill Redfern, Andy Flax, or Jake Flax.
As it stands now, we will be meeting at 10 am in the Howelsen Hill parking lot. Please do not show up before 9:55 am. Sessions will take 1 hour or less.
Players will need a mask, workout clothes, running shoes, and a water bottle.
